Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!
This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!
Can't find settings for this anywhere!

2022-03-01T00:02:46+00:00 I didn't even know about MS Store.
I thought all updates were done by Windows Update.
I've found out how to Disable Apps Updates though.
I can only find one single "Local Experience Pack" in Swedish from 2017-11-19 and the reviews on MS Store trash it completely.
There are also now way for me to review it if this is what causing the problem.
