Windows 10 Pro display different languages when right clicking on the taskbar

The pictures explain the problem!
This is on one of my two Win 10 Pro computers, the other computer has only Swedish menus!
Can't find settings for this anywhere!

That rarely happens if you have multiple languages installed on your computer. To correct this, try to force setting the correct display language using Powershell and see if that fixes the problem. See option two in this article
