Windows 11: Alt+Tab bolder border?

When using Alt+Tab is there any way to make the "selected window" line, a bit bolder or noticeable? its hard to see which one is the selected one.

I know you can change the color of the outline, but I'm not certain about a way to change the thickness.

The color can be changed from Settings > Personalization > Color > Accent Color.

    I think I just accidentally found a solution. I've been following a convoluted process to try and get Microsoft Store working (don't ask). The last step I did was a sort of Windows re-install

    After doing this, lo and behold, the alt-tab borders are working perfectly - accent colour and all (it fixed Microsoft Store too).

    The re-install took maybe 30 to 40 minutes.

    I just upgraded to Win 11 two days ago, and I CANNOT change the alt-tab outline. Changing the accent color has no effect. And why would I even have to do this? Was it too difficult for Microsoft to design a UI that easy for everyone to see? How about if the selected icon is much larger and stands out? Or how about a thick, multi-colored (dark and light), or dare I say it, blinking, outline? Who would think that a thin, black outline is good enough? Fire the UI lead!!

    This is highly annoying!
