I know you can change the color of the outline, but I'm not certain about a way to change the thickness.
The color can be changed from Settings > Personalization > Color > Accent Color.

When using Alt+Tab is there any way to make the "selected window" line, a bit bolder or noticeable? its hard to see which one is the selected one.

@CmdrKeene 90,631 Reputation points Volunteer Moderator2023-02-23T15:37:50+00:00 Please make sure you've installed your pending updates. This is the current style shown below. My choice is this dark background with a light cyan-blue border (which is even thicker than the black outline was in the older style). You can also pick any color here, so if you want it traffic-cone orange or anything else visually distinct to you, you can pick it.
I think this update makes it far easier to see than the one in the picture from above. Feedback like that in this conversation is what made them make this change.

2023-02-23T08:08:32+00:00 To you perhaps. I'm 56 and wear glasses. I can't see it. Are you? its visibility or otherwise is a matter of opinion. In my opinion, it's not visible. Perhaps you can see it just fine but the fact that I and obviously lots of other people raise this issue proves it's a problem. Stupid comment.

FWIW, my Settings > Personalization > Colors are:
mode: Light
Transparency effect: On
Accent color: Manual > Dark gray
Show accent color on title bars and windows borders: Off

2023-02-22T19:24:28+00:00 Didn't work for me. I wish I could go back to previous windows where Alt-tab was visible and I don't need round corners on windows. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
