Windows 11: Alt+Tab bolder border?

When using Alt+Tab is there any way to make the "selected window" line, a bit bolder or noticeable? its hard to see which one is the selected one.

I know you can change the color of the outline, but I'm not certain about a way to change the thickness.

The color can be changed from Settings > Personalization > Color > Accent Color.

    Microsoft is continuously making changes based on customer feedback, and this situation is a perfect example. I suspect you might be using an older version of Windows 11 that doesn't have these enhancements yet, but soon you'll have the update so you see what I see. Here's a side-by-side example:

    **Windows 11 Original (summer 2021)**very thin outline <br>hard to see <br>everything blurs in the background Current Alt-Tab (summer 2022) <br>Thick and bold color outline <br>easier to see <br>no longer blurs the entire screen

    If you switch your color to a bold or bright color, it becomes much easier to see. Check out this example.

    I used a bright yellow color, but depending on your preferences or wallpaper picture, you might prefer something else, like red, blue, or something else entirely.

    Same issue, thanks for starting the thread and getting me to the right settings page.

    My settings for Light/Dark theme were different for Windows (Dark) and Apps (Light). Switching both settings to Dark updated the Alt-Tab border colour to white, which is far easier to see.

    Using an accent colour in the warm & light spectrum (white, yellow, red) may also work though I prefer my Taskbar, window headers, etc. to be easier on the eyes.

    Excellent, good thinking about trying that out. Also, I know the Windows 11 team is continuing to tweak and make changes to this. A few weeks ago they published a blog update about a new style update where it no longer covers the entire screen. Here's the view in the latest developer preview update of Windows 11 (build 22579):
