How to adjust Bass and Treble in Windows 11? I look all over and find nothing.

But you are giving advice about FxSound to Jimmy Smith1 which is actually worst than merely not looking for advice.
Also your HP laptop may already have a premium audio package (like Bang & Olufsen tuned speakers), you already paid for that tuned speakers.

Not using the B&O app, you are just wasting money on your laptop to use an inferior fxsound freeware.

2022-11-03T19:54:32+00:00 I gave up looking in Windows and turned to the world wide web. Found a terrific, free, app called "FxSound" that installed painlessly and lets me adjust multiple bands easily. Fergetabout Microsoft, they aren't listening (<-- see what I did there?).
