Find network access credentials windows 10 or 11

I've been running my local (wired) network with password protected sharing turned off.

To reduce the risk of infection I've now turned it on on all the pc's.

The result is that I am now unable to access any of the machines on the network (running windows 10 or 11)

I need to input the username and password

However using whoami locally to get the username, and entering the pin as the password I get

"the username or password is incorrect"

trying to access another machine I get "\XXXXX is not accessible. ... etc."

Is there a simple way I can turn on machine A and determine what credentials are required to access it from another PC via the network?

    Only the system administrator account can change or view these settings, and I would also add that the profile your trying to access is set to local, and not to roaming. Meaning you can only access that machine, from that machine

    sorry I am not compter literate and I believe my pc has been hacked, i get a alert to "Activate Windows-go to Settings to activate. I go to settings and am told that they can't identify network and I should contact my "organization" to get activation key. What's an administrator or organization this is my personal computer. I get password hacked and found I am o n the Dark web. I'm a senior. Brought in a computer person who claim there was no problem just make myself the administrator but he didn't show me how. I have to Microsoft emails. What the heck. So your answer makes no sense because I don't have a clue.
