This easy fix worked for me.
- Open PowerShell console as Administrator
- Run command: Add-AppxPackage -Register -DisableDevelopmentMode "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppXManifest.xml"

I was a bit sceptical about doing this since i dont know nothing about this and dont realy like to use command prompt or, in this case, powershell, but everithing went fine.
