I executed the first one (Set-ExecutionPolity Unrestricted), answered 'Y', and got to the C::\Windows\system32 prompt.

Then I executed the next one (Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}), and nothing happened.

Silly me. Maybe I should have waited longer? Because then I executed the last one to reset the ExecutionPolicy back to restricted.

So.... do I need to start over again? Or just keep waiting?? I did check to see if it worked, and I"m still getting the error that I need a new app...

Worked well for me. It takes time to complete... patiently wait until the command line prompt C:\WINDOWS\system32> is displayed.
