Nothing I have tried works to get rid of that annoying bug from in here or online.
I have 2 accounts on this machine and my Admin account was fixed. My local account
will not fis itself. Is this dangerous to get hacked and will they fix this bug?

Windows 11 step 3 get significant number of errors that include both
"because this package depends on a framework that could not be found.
and
"could not be installed because resources it modifies are currently in use"
Windows security and microsoft store both fail to run
This worked for me. Other solutions I tried, including other Power Shell suggestions did not. If you use this, give it time, It will run for several minutes. You will know it is finished when you are presented with the command line prompt C:\WINDOWS\system32>
Tried a lot of things to get the fix after a Windows 11 update and This is what worked. Thank you
I have two separate accounts on the Computer.
One is an admin account. The other account I have
on that same computer is a local user account.
On the admin account I could change and have
replaced the security files on the computer.
All is good with the Admin account.
It is when I sign out and go to my local user account
that it won't change. I Use the PowerShell admin
and it won't change it.
I have full access on my Administrator account and when
I sign out and go to my local user account it won't change.
and I have the annoying popup.
I just tried the old gaming trick of going to your adim account and shutting down the anti-virus and then going to the Local user account and trying to install the lines in Power shell admin.
Did not work. Oh well It said ''Win 11 is ready to install'' It was my bad not to check and see where it was. If I would of known it was Bets I would not of even considered it.
