I cannot create a minecraft java profile name

I purchased the Xbox gaming service today.

The game asked me to set up an profile, but when I click the "that's me" button, there is no respone.

Please help. Thanks.

    Thank you!!!! I was scrolling through the comments hoping I would maybe find the solution. Then there you were saying you had a VPN and you turned it off and it worked. So I decided to do the same and like you said "Voila done." Again thank you I was getting very frustrated and you solved my problems. I hope you have a great day and thanks for the advice!!!!

    if you login and make name through phone browser it should work i used safari
