I noticed that after I've updated Windows to Build 22581.ini_release .220318- 1623, a watermark appeared on the desktop (Windows 11 Home Single Language. Evaluation copy. Build 22581.ini_release.220318- 1623). My question is can I remove this watermark or will it get removed in the next update. I know for a fact that Windows is activated and I've never gotten this before from the other updates.
Note: I'm on the Windows Insider Program (Beta)

Insider Builds always have a watermark. This is by design and does not affect activation in any way.
The watermark was always there in Windows 10 Beta Builds. It was not there in Windows 11 Builds because it was essentially the same as stable channel 22000.
Rest assured no action is required from your end.

That watermark shouldn't exist in Windows 11 released version v21H2 (build 22000.xxx), it's only in Beta and Dev channel insider preview builds (current number is 22581.100).
So annoying, I've been in beta and this is the first time I got the watermark. Only reason I tried beta was to run android apps which still doesn't really work.
I think most people don't want a watermark on their desktop that they did not choose to have there.
I for one am considering whether I should just skip the insider channel now.

It is pretty simple to remove. Go to winaero .com and download universal watermark disabler (uwd). Instructions are here:

The watermark should actually disappear on its own after a few days. I am going to test to see if this is the case before using UDW on 22581.ni
