Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Bitdefender said me you use their support tool built in the app to clone my entire pc with all the drives, partition, hidden partitions , firmware ,etc to their server , so they can check for my threats .But I am not willing to do it as doing it will serious breach to my privacy , should I need to do whatever said my them?

    Even today I got mail from HP with a support tool which clone by pc to check for issues?

    I see n indication that your PC was infected, they log file just indicated that BitDefender blocked access to s suspicious web page that did not have a secure certificate.

    If you have run a full scan with BitDefnder and that came back clear, then you are food to go.

    Intel® Core™ i9-11900K Processor (16M Cache, up to 5.30 GHz) , I found that it has 5.30 Max speed but taskmanager sometimes shows 6.7 GHz .Is my current windows installation corrupted?

    Ok thanks bitdefender chat support are like robots they just said me to clone my pc with their tool without even checking if the file is legimate or not.. I ran full scan and nothing was found,

    I have few more questions

    1. Should I run the support tool of bitdefender?
    2. Should I run the support tool of HP that they have me on email?
    3. Should I reinstall the os by media creation tool to fix corrupted os (if it is)?

    Below is the specs for your processor, it has a base speed of 3.5Ghz and a max. turbo boost speed of 5.3Ghz

    BitDefnder support like most support just read from crib sheets, they have no actual experience, they just provide a reply based on a couple of check lists.

    With regards to the Processor problem, I do not think you are going to get your processor to boost up to its max clock speed on battery power and that would be normal, because the battery would not last long if you were running your processor at 5.3Ghz+, while the original speed in your original post was way too low, I think 2.38 Ghz is normal for battery power.
