Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Wow , finally a good news after running the command the cpu clock speed now goes to 2.38 GHz unplugged with my heavy process is running which is two times lesser than my baseband speed and 3.5 times lesser than my Max clock speed . But still usable . Can , I atleast improve my cpu speed to max baseband speed while not charging

    I found a suspicious txt file name guster.detection.log , can you tell if this any important windows file or can be deleted.

    What is the exact Model No. of your processor?

    If you put the processor under load, like playing a game does the clock speed not automatically increase?

    It increases when on pluggled in . But it doesn't increase more than 2.8 GHz when not charging.

    When on charging sometimes while on heavy work(playing heavy games) load it increases to maximum 6.3 GHz
