Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Not only processor , ram & ssd speed also gets decreased when on power , This I have now noticed on taskmanager

    I updated my bios , but in drivers support page it is showing a lot of chipset drivers for my device like

    1.Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

    2.Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

    3.Intel Dynamic Dynamic Tuning Processor Participant Driver - Ice Lake (Windows 10 v1903)

    4.Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver (Windows 10 v1903/v1909)

    5.Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver - Ice Lake (Windows 10 v1903)

    6.Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver_ICL

    7.Intel Serial IO Driver

    8.Intel Serial IO Driver

    I'm unsure which one I should need to install

    Note: All the drivers are from chipset dropdown list for my model number

    Okay, your system is fully up to date, so, that is not the problem.

    The only other thing I would suggest is to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the chipset drivers they recommend and while there, check for any available BIOS update that may not already be installed on your laptop.
