Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Hp agent said to access those settings I first needed a special usb from service center which contains private key and then press F2 during boot>click on firmware>unlock>Accept all the warnings>Select the reason from check in box>Click on check key>Insert USB>It will verify it >Now exit startup settings and acess bios again this time it will have advanced settings

    Thank you for that information, everything in BIOS is set correctly, and there is no Intel settings in there, that's strange.

    Install the Rev B version of that chipset driver (latest build)

    I am referring to Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver

    It has two version Rev.A and Rev.B

    Even Rev.A have bulids

    I am uploaded screen of the tabs of bois except the main tab as it only contains system info and it listed a lot of personal info like mac address

    What driver is that you are referring to?

    Please provide a link to the support page for your laptop

    Also, boot into BIOS and please provide a photo of the various tabs that you do have access to.
