Laptop Becomes unusable when unplugged

Hey , I laptop becomes so slow(almost unusable when not puggled in to charger). It is happening from tomorrow when I installed GIMP , VLC , 7 Zip, Paint 3D , 3D viewer , bitdefender parental control simultaneously on my pc , I am not sure that it is happening from the installation only . As when plugged in I am not noticing any drop in the performance of my pc . Only in taskmanager I haven't found any process running from these apps except the bitdefender parental control . Also I noted from taskmanager when plugged in my cpu is normally(without any heavy process running in backround) working at a clock speed of3.60 GHz but when not plugged in its speed is about 0.59 GHz

Close Control Panel

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd

On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'

Paste this command into Command prompt and press Enter:

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

When that command completes, close Command prompt and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    I use bitdefender it is unable to find anything( even behavior detection isn't identifying any suspicious behavior named guster till now) , also defender too .

    no files are encrypted currently , no suspicious activity I have found till now, it is a text file

    Pease upload that log file to any cloud service (OneDrive, DropBox...etc. then post a share link here, and I will check that file for you.

    What model No. of i9 processor do you have, open Device Manager, then expand the Processors section to find that.

    The only reference I find to Guster is ransomware, do you use a 3rd party anti0virus on your system?
