    Don't do Update this, You may loose windows search bar result, it may be not working after that then i removed then working now quitely

    ever since I installed this update my keyboard doen't work anymore. I cannot type any letter or any command. can you please help me.

    This happened to me also with both my mouse and keyboard no longer working. My USB hub driver had an error noted by a yellow exclamation mark. Just remove it and reboot. It should automatically install back and your keyboard should work again.

    I already did this but still no improvement. Our IT said my laptop needs to be reformatted already... if i only knew... 🤕

    Does your keyboard work in the bios screen? Does it work on another device? Does it work in the windows installer? That might help narrow down whether it's the keyboard or your motherboard or something else.
