    How to check if it works in bios screen? The keyboard is in my laptop so i dont know how will I try to test if it woukd work on other computers

    You use the arrow keys, left, right, up or down.

    You can enter most bioses by pressing the [Del] key or [F12] at the BIOS splash screen. If you look carefully enough, it may give you instructions on the right key to press on the splash screen itself. Otherwise, you could just google the laptop manufacturer and "bios key" as your keyword search which should turn up some results.

    Does your keyboard work in the bios screen? Does it work on another device? Does it work in the windows installer? That might help narrow down whether it's the keyboard or your motherboard or something else.

    I already did this but still no improvement. Our IT said my laptop needs to be reformatted already... if i only knew... 🤕
