    I've followed the steps above and I end up here, a recovery key is needed and I don't know what is that, please help

    There is a link aka.ms/my... On that screen. Open that link on another device.

    Login with your Microsoft id

    And, you will get the key.

    Funny thing is that key won't solve the problem.
