If you reset the roblox app you can just relogin since everything is stored on roblox servers all data is stored and the cursor issue is a problem with roblox app not the computer just use the normal one

so like my mouse just goes off-screen, for example, if i go in first person and look up into the sky(pulling my mouse up), my cursor would just exit Roblox and into the white bar containing the exit button someone please help

Just use the website of roblox. So what you do is go into the files and delete roblox/roblox studio. Once you do this go to the roblox website and redownload it but do not launch roblox from the client/app. use the website to play and you will no longer have the problem.
