As the issue seems to narrow down to the wifi adapter driver can you try the following:
In the Device Manager right-click "802.11n USB Wireless LAN card" > "Uninstall device" and then also select "Delete the driver software for this device" > Uninstall
Proceed with the uninstall and restart the computer and let Windows reinstall the device and driver.

2021-09-12T14:14:40+00:00 Sir, I have a BSOD and still don't have a dump I think it is because when the BSOD happens it stuck at 100% and I restart it manually using a button.
