"This comment does not meet community guidelines" - so annoying!

Microsoft post an article about a woman who abused her child enough to cause the boy's near death. And my comment, placed within the comments of others, "is under review". I made a comment about how the other inmates will really 'like' her. That comment is nothing compared to others, that were posted about this woman. Another time I commented on a post about Khloe Kardashian, and I say that I always felt that she looked a little different from her sisters, but that comment was shot down. Somehow, my comment, that was tame compared to other comments, that were actually demeaning, was not allowed to post. How did comments that were referring to her (and her other sisters) as trash and **** (s) deemed not to go against community guidelines?

Sorry. You aren't communicating with MSN here. No one here can tell you why a comment was classified as unacceptable and deleted

I can't explain the moderation of comments to MSN articles, but here are some observations.

1. You may find useful information at https://www.msn.com/en-us/community/guideline 
2. There were so many unacceptable comments that commenting was shut down for a few months not too long ago.
3. Now that commenting is allowed again, moderation is very restrictive.
4. Moderation is random and, at times, nonsensical. It is being done via AI, via a bot, not humans.
5. If a comment you tried to post was banned, that will be in your activity feed, and you can

appeal that decision.

6. I've searched but have not found a way to contact MSN staff regarding this moderation

except the Feedback link that's at the bottom of nearly every MSN webpage.

I've read other people's comments about this censoring issue and some of them feel that MSN is not about to change this. I can understand MSN not posting obscenities or violent, threatening comments, but if MSN is going to not allow posting, then we should at least be told why. It is only fair that we are made more specifically aware, of what is about our comments that it's not deemed acceptable or goes against ' Community Guidelines ' and why

There are many many many many many many words banned. I have been testing them. Any words to do with bigotry are banned ironic when the "guidelines" say that they are for diversity but you aren't allowed to mention anything related to diversity issues. You can't mention the racism, sexism or misogyny talked about in the actual news article or the comment will be banned. Any words to do with death are banned so can be hard to talk about Covid.

Even euphemisms such as "passed away" are banned.

Words like pathetic and dreadful are banned.

If you start comments with the word "you" it is banned as they assume you might be getting into a fight and it goes on and on.

What?! "Passed away" is banned? There was this article about the baby formula shortage, and someone said that their comment was banned because she mentioned "breast feeding".
