"This comment does not meet community guidelines" - so annoying!

Can someone give a detailed explanation of what exactly we can and can't write in the MSN comments? Totally innocuous and inoffensive replies are frequently denied by the automoderation because "This comment does not meet community guidelines", and you are given no clue as to what specifically was wrong. I had to give up replying to one person because no matter what I tried it just wouldn't let me do it.

    i tried that..besides i typed in "who ya gonna catch..post buster" regarding who the giants will use as a catch now that buster posey is gone..they said it was against the rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    That's fine when you know what they're objecting to. The issue I have is that I can't identify what it is they don't like! I've had incidents (one today, actually) where I send a copy of my comment to others, and none can pinpoint the objectional element. It would help if MSN allowed us to submit the comment for explanation, but they don't seem so inclined. I don't think we matter to them very much.

    I was posting under an article about Bruce Willis stepping away from acting because of aphasia. My comment was:
    "Been a huge fan since Moonlighting.  I wish you strength, patience and peace.  Thank you for all the joy you've given through your performances."

    It wouldn't let me post!

    "This comment does not meet community guidelines"

    Out of curiosity, I then changed the message to:

    "Been a huge fan since the 1980s.  I wish you strength, patience and peace.  Thank you for all the joy you've given through your performances."
    Accepted!

    Microsoft, what is WRONG with you? "Moonlighting" is now "does not meet community guidelines"? It's the name of the TV show, and it's not even an offensive swear word!

    Microsoft, you're messed up!
