Can someone give a detailed explanation of what exactly we can and can't write in the MSN comments? Totally innocuous and inoffensive replies are frequently denied by the automoderation because "This comment does not meet community guidelines", and you are given no clue as to what specifically was wrong. I had to give up replying to one person because no matter what I tried it just wouldn't let me do it.

With creative spelling, you can post anything. Look at hundreds of recent posts by m cook - racist, abusive and threatening. I even reported and left feedback but nothing done. If you don't trigger a word filter, you can post anything.

You can try inserting spaces in the middle of some words to get through the auto-censoring feature. For example, stupid might not make it, but stu pid will make it through. Don't ask me why. MSN's guidelines seem very arbitrary at times.

Yeah. No reason is given as to what it is that you said in your comment, that "goes against their........" I was responding to a comment that someone left about how they'd hate to live by the Kardashians, and I responded how they wouldn't be able to 'drive down the street without having to dodge paparazzi and they wouldn't be able to walk their dog without having bodyguards staring at them' and that comment needed to be "reviewed" Yet comments that call Kanye a 'stalker' are allowed. I have replied to other unrelated stories, and they have been dissed, too. Something has got to be done, about this.

msn guidelines is a complete disgrace. there was an article that was about smoking too much weed, one person stated he would rather smoke too much weed than smoke cigs..drink or eat too much. i replied with...smoking weed makes u eat too much, they said it was against their guidelines. **** is going on in todays world that having to censor people is the norm. and u cant even get ahold of them so theres no reproach... <removed>
