"This comment does not meet community guidelines" - so annoying!

Why are some comments flagged as being "not following guidelines" despite being innocuous but comments that are clearly dangerous, threatening and more often than not, racially discriminatory allowed. I have seen comments where people have been threatened and others that have been very discriminatory to others. Why do you follow your guidelines with impunity when they are clearly offensive or dangerous but with an iron hand when they are harmless?

I was shut down by MSN once and my page got restored, go figure, I know well I didn't say anything insulting or offensive. But now anytime somebody insults me and calls me names, I respond with kind of like a joke, making fun of whoever and no insulting, disrespecting words. They usually hate it because they are expecting me to get angry and write something incorrect and is not happening. I make jokes, quotes from movies, things like that.

It's kind of difficult because Facebook is very restrictive too, Twitter penalized me for three days so I'm careful, I don't want my page totally closed by them like it has happened to other people and I don't know any other page. It's hard trying to talk about how awful things have become for a few years now.
