"This comment does not meet community guidelines" - so annoying!

Can someone give a detailed explanation of what exactly we can and can't write in the MSN comments? Totally innocuous and inoffensive replies are frequently denied by the automoderation because "This comment does not meet community guidelines", and you are given no clue as to what specifically was wrong. I had to give up replying to one person because no matter what I tried it just wouldn't let me do it.

I tried to reply to the article about the guy with the sprinkler keeping people off his lawn. I literally wrote. I like it but some communities out west will fine you if you run your sprinklers during the day. How does that not meet their guidelines???????? I found that if I didn't reply, and broke the comment up into several parts, I was able to post it. I like it when all you do is reply "I don't think that's a good idea" and it doesn't meet their guidelines. But you're reading comments that are abusive, bullying, advocate genocide, etc. but those somehow met the guidelines.

It's ridiculous. It literally will not let me reply with "Why is that relevant?" I mean really?? Why would that question be "against community guidelines"? It's absolutely baffling. Not asking you specifically btw.

Same thing is happening to me and my profile is blocked from commenting when I know and if MSN had bothered to read. my comment, does not have at all any one single word that was offensive or disrespectful. The worse part is they have become like Facebook or worse, censoring and nobody to speak to who would tell me where was my offense, I know there's none.

Exactly, what's the use of somebody from MSN posting community guidelines when it's impossible to email or talk to anybody to tell me what was it I did wrong, but they allowed others to post lies over and over.

This gets more ridiculous. I'm trying to post this comment:

"The story is about a recent contestant, but you show an old pic of Terry Wogan."

    Result?

"This comment doesn't meet our guidelines"

****? It literally won't let me post any version of that comment either.
