Just checking for a virtual display adapter, such as "Citrix Indirect Display Adapter" but there does not appear to be one so that does not appear to be the issue.
The dump file does reference the nvwgf2umx.dll which is an NVIDIA driver (NVIDIA D3D10 Driver) :

Have you always had this issue?
Have you tried an older version on the NVIDIA graphics driver?
Are overclocking or underclocking in any way?
