now i have to fix amdxata.sys, but what should i do?

    Hi William

    Realtek drivers are customized by PC manufacturers you need to install the driver form the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, not the Realtek website.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please post a screenshot of the resulting System Information window

    i've installed realtek drivers: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software 

    but it still shows exclamation mark on these drivers

    also i can't find "hyper v" driver, can You help me please?

    Hi William,

    Honestly, I would not delete any devices, just install drivers for any device that has an exclamation mark beside it.
