KB5005565 - Issue accessing Shared Printer

One of the systems(Windows 10 Pro - 21H1) in domain had a shared printer (Epson LX-350) which was inaccessible over the network, print works locally without an Issue.

Print was fired from the network system but ends without an error, one of the error logs in administrative Events suggested error 372 and so followed every step as suggested for “PrintNightmare” but unfortunate nothing worked positive. Tried removing the printer from the network desktop and tried to add the shared printer. Now it wass understood that the issue is something restricting the shared printer to be accessed thru any version of Operating System (Tried with another Win 10 & Win 7 Sp1).

Uninstalled KB505565 and was accessible, What is the technical reason and any work around?

    ... as far as I see you need to uninstall the November-update; then you can uninstall the Oktober-update KB5006677; but: I got an error-message trying it; you might be more lucky than I was. So try it.

    If you succeed in this deinstallation you are back in September and you can now copy the "win32spl.dll" from "windows-system32" directory and save it elsewhere. In case that you cannot do this because of access-restrictions look below for help to get full access.

    After the system has reinstalled the Oktober and November-updates - if you did not prevent it to do so - you can exchange the now again present bad version of "win32spl.dll" with the good version that you saved in the first step after having uninstalled KB5006670.

    For this you have to configure the "properties" of this bad file: you must give the adminstratror "full rights" for the system-file "win32spl.dll" in order to be able to rename or delete it. Here is shown how to do this:

    To get full access to "win32spl.dll" should be possible without much difficulty, if you follow the instructions.

    With this done you can rename the bad dll-file and copy the saved good win32.spl.dll into its place.

    You have to restart the system then. And: You may perhaps have to reconfigure your network-printer afterwards, but in principle the here discribed operation works.

    If you DO NOT succeed in deleting KB5006677 and getting the good win32spl.dll you can give notice and I could show you another way of getting the dll. But first try the deinstallation-strategy. I hope you attain your goal with it.

    Get back your network-printing feature.

    2 months on and still no fix.

    I have one machine that isnt connected to any printers so I am able to update this and check the update history to see if the updates have fixed the problem.

    Today's update didn't :(

    There is somethng i can not understand

    In a network i have a computer with 2 printers on it a Samsung for A4 and a Zebra for labels, i can print through network on Zebra but on Samsung not, what could be the reason?

    These issues with local and network printing is now causing major issues with local printing too?

    Printing directly to local printer without a print server has become unstable. My resolve is to uninstall print drivers and re-install printers by IP

    Shared printers across my network are still non-responsive and cast errors on the connecting local PC's with both updates KB5006670 & KB5005565 installed .

    Appling this fix to the shared network printer PC
