Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams. When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it. When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point. I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem. I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed. Any ideas?

In the C:\Windows\Sytem32\drivers folder do the following drivers exist?:

lvrs64.sys

lvuvc64.sys

lvbflt64.sys

Have you any Logitech camera software still installed (listed in Apps and Features)?

If so, can you uninstall that software and check again for those three drivers.

In Safe Mode can you drag the lvrs64.sys , lvuvc64.sys and lvbflt64.sys out of the C:\Windows\Sytem32\drivers folder and place them in another location such as a folder on the Desktop.

Restart Windows in Normal Mode and check the Device Manager for any devices with an exclamation point.

And check if you can turn on memory integrity.
