Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams.  When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it.  When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point.  I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem.  I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.  

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed.  Any ideas?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    I don't have an eMail with a driver.  Did you send to my email?  I checked my Junk folder and it is not there.  Thanks!

    Hi Rodrigo,

    That is the version that I tried.  I tried it again, and it failed again.  I removed the device software, installed the Logitech software, and it failed.  

    Any other thoughts?

    Thanks for the big effort Rodrigo.  I'll wait to see if anyone has other ideas.

    In the meantime, I might consider another webcam.  Is there a list of ones that work well with the Surface, or should they all work?
