Hi,
What device is giving the "Code 39" in the Device Manager?
Also, have you enabled "Memory Integrity" under "Core isolation" under "Device security" in "Windows Security"?

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams. When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it. When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point. I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem. I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.
I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Mitchell

All should work with your device
Thanks for the big effort Rodrigo. I'll wait to see if anyone has other ideas.
In the meantime, I might consider another webcam. Is there a list of ones that work well with the Surface, or should they all work?
Thanks,
Mitchell
I run out of ideas, maybe someone else can help you with this, you already gave enough information to anyone understand your issue.
