Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams.  When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it.  When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point.  I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem.  I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.  

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed.  Any ideas?

    Hi Augie, thanks for getting back to me.  Below is a picture.  Note that the Logitech is sitting under Imaging devices, and not Cameras.  It is the same on my other computer.  The driver details are listed below.  LMK your thoughts.  Thanks.

    If you turn Memory Integrity back on the same issue may occur if the camera is using older Logitech drivers.

    In the Device Manager how is the camera listed?

    In the Device Manager if you double-click the camera > Drivers > Driver details

    Under "Driver files" what drivers are listed?

    Wow!  That worked.  Then I installed the Logitech software and reconnected the webcam and it found the right driver.  Thank you so much!

    Here is the hopefully final question: now that the driver is installed correctly, can I turn Memory Integrity back on, or will that cause problems?  I ask because the windows software suggests that it is a good idea to keep it on.

    It appears the device giving the Code 39 is the Logitech camera.

    This problem has been reported with Logitech cameras and other devices with Memory Integrity enabled.

    If you do the following :

    Start > type core and then click on "Core isolation"

    Is "Memory integrity" set to "On" ?

    If so try setting "Memory integrity" set to "Off" and restart the computer.

    Alternatively, leave Memory Integrity on and switch the Logitech camera driver to the built-in Windows webcam driver:

    In the Device Manager right-click the camera > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

    The under "Model" select "USB Video Device > Next and continue with the installation

    Hi Auggy,

    Thanks for this.  Here is another copy of the post from the problem I am having.  Any advice is appreciated.  It is a bit different from the last one...it seems to install a drive with the exclamation point in different locations, depending which driver that I just removed, because of an exclamation point.  I checked another computer, and it appears that the location  is under imaging devices.  Thanks,
