Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams.  When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it.  When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point.  I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem.  I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.  

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed.  Any ideas?

    Can you do the following:

    Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box > OK

    Expand Software Environment and click on System Drivers > File > Export

    Can you provide the exported text file via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

    Yes, that is all tucked in.  See below, and under each picture, I have some text for you.

    The problem is that I can't turn on the memory integrity because it says that I have the logitech drivers in the list I provided in the last reply.  So I turned on the ability to see hidden drivers and opened  every device manager section looking for logitech drivers, and the only one I could find was the one for the MS Surface Dock:

    Therefore, is it possible that this driver is causing problems?  I don't think so, since here is what I found for that one:

    So there appears to be some Logitech drivers lurking somewhere.

    I don't know how to find them.

    In the Device Manager do you have a category called "Cameras".

    If so if you expand "Cameras" is there a "USB Video Device" ?

    Hi Auggy,

    I tried to turn on memory integrity when I was using the microsoft driver and got the result below.  I then went to the driver list and tried to find the listed drivers by turning on hidden drivers and found the one below.  However, it seems to be compatable. See the 2 figures below.   Thoughts?

    The camera does appear to use the Logitech drivers (dated 2012) which may not be compatible with core isolation.

    You could try switching the driver to the built-in Windows driver (native UVC driver) which would not have that issue:
