Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams.  When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it.  When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point.  I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem.  I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.  

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed.  Any ideas?

    Yes...it is one of the ones that appear to be problematic.  Are you picking up where Auggie was?

    Now this is getting odd, when I booted in safe mode, and then tried to cut the driver and move it, I got an error like this one:

    When I rebooted, it was still there.  when I checked, the incompatable drivers are listed as still being there.

    Could this directory be some type of alias directory?  I tried to search the registry for one of the drivers and found the 3 of them in the registry.  See below.  What do you think?

    In Safe Mode can you drag the lvrs64.sys , lvuvc64.sys and lvbflt64.sys out of the C:\Windows\Sytem32\drivers folder and place them in another location such as a folder on the Desktop.

    Restart Windows in Normal Mode and check the Device Manager for any devices with an exclamation point.

    And check if you can turn on memory integrity.
