Logitech Camera Can't Install

Hi, I purchased a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4, and can't install either of my Logitech Webcams. When I plug in the C910, it installs with an Exclamation point next to it. When I plug in another one, it comes up with installing the Webcam Pro 9000 and the exclamation point. I have tried to uninstall, install, reboot, multiple things, and I keep coming back to the same problem. I can't find any drivers to install on the logitech website.

I have looked at multiple threads on this site and tried several things and failed. Any ideas?

Can you check any of the following registry keys exist:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lvrs64

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lvuvc64

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lvbflt64

Hi Auggy,

I can't move them in Normal mode either. It is possible that since they are listed in the registry, they can't be moved? Or is the registry just a reflection of what is on the hard drive, independent of whether they are being used or not?
