DTS:X Ultra Not working
Hello Everyone,
I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :
"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.
Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"
I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.
If any one have solution then please share.
Thank you

2021-07-05T12:20:48+00:00 That's great to hear but as you also know its not a permanent fix and I am waiting for someone from microsoft to actually take a look into this matter. I am seeing lots of so call "Independent advisor" using link to this post to provide support to other user instead of working on actual matter.

2021-07-05T12:30:31+00:00 If you are an ASUS user, the actual solution is - Download driver from ASUS website all driver related to sound. After installing Driver's, be sure windows updated, and then turn off your machine, and simply turn on. Every time whenever you install driver packages you must need to turn off your machine (PC), some times reboot is not a solution to start from the scratch .
