DTS:X Ultra Not working

Hello Everyone,

I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :

"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.

Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"

I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.

If any one have solution then please share.

    Hello,

    I have now tried a different method to fix the issue which is Disable updates for Windows from registry (regedit). And then run the MediaCreationTool21H1 and It will fix the DTS:X Ultra issue and you will continue receiving Security updates even after disabling Windows Update. Also I have not used Bluetooth Media Devices since after the fix.

    I disabled something called " AMD Audio CoProcessor" from device manger and restarted my laptop and then DTS:X Ultra worked again!!

    And then after restarting

    That's good to know but my PC is intel based So that's not the problem in my case.

    The win update changed this Realtek console too. I can not enhance the volume from it anymore. It died like DTS UltraX did.

    If its showing like this, then please check DTS:X Ultra it should be working now.
