DTS:X Ultra Not working

Hello Everyone,

I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :

"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.

Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"

I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.

If any one have solution then please share.

    I think the recent windows update has caused the issues. I have the same problem hope Microsoft will reply soon as possible or I have to reset the windows. That's the only solution I have in my mind.

    Don't reset the Windows because that will not work too. I have tried today to reset the windows but it is not rolling back the DTS:X Components. So I have installed a fresh Windows but after that I was not able to install DTS:X Ultra App from App Store because it needs latest DTS:X Components. So their is no solution for now.

    I've the same issue on an Acer laptop, and it's extraordinarily irritating. I've scoured the web trying different 'fixes' and nothing has stuck so far.

    You can install DTS:X Ultra component from your manufacturer website and about not being able to download the app, I think you should try to see your Download and Updates tab in your windows Store and there's an all Owned app option and from there you can install the app. Hope it helps.
