DTS:X Ultra Not working

Hello Everyone,

I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :

"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.

Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"

I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.

If any one have solution then please share.

    Can confirm, this tool worked on Acer Helios 300. Now DTS:X Ultra working again

    It's a problem from DTS side but they are not ready to accept it. So I hoping that someone with Software coding knowledge will come up with solution.

    I did everything, i even reinstalled windows using bootable pendrive and let windows install all the drivers still facing this problemq

    Hello,

    I have the same issue previously, i done whatever i can such as uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the driver.

    Besides that, i tried removed KB5001391 but still it could not solve the problem.

    Right now, there is no real solution, some users are lucky to get the DTS app working again.

    What i had done is i factory reset the laptop once and then the DTS app worked until now even I updated till Windows 10 (20H2).
