DTS:X Ultra Not working

Hello Everyone,

I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :

"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.

Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"

I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.

If any one have solution then please share.

    Hello,

    I have now tried a different method to fix the issue which is Disable updates for Windows from registry (regedit). And then run the MediaCreationTool21H1 and It will fix the DTS:X Ultra issue and you will continue receiving Security updates even after disabling Windows Update. Also I have not used Bluetooth Media Devices since after the fix.

    Hi Ayush

    Actually we need a plugin or software that can increase some volume of our PC

    use RealTek Audio Control (if already have and not showing equalizer settings uninstall it and install it again) that will also helpful

    Save this Preset by clicking save button and it will work fine

    We have the same issue, and i got low audio.

    I  already fix the low audio by uninstalling and tick the delete the driver software

    DTS APo4X

    DTS audio Effect

    DTS Audio Hardware

    Uninstall then restart then check if your low audio is fix

    But the DTS Ultra is still not working

    To ALL, I do Have the same problem with my Asus TUF A15 but I have a solution. I use this App from Windows Store.

    From Windows Store please download BOOM 3D, You can try it before buying. Your Sound can be edit and will be as loud as you wish! Even with the latest windows version.

    I don't have suggestion for now, Cloud Reinstalling method is also not working now. I tried to contact DTS team but they told me to contact manufacturer and Manufacturer told me to contact DTS cause it's a software issue (Because Every Manufacturer facing same issue) . Microsoft Support Also told me to contact Manufacturer. Now , I don't know who to ask :(
