Hello Everyone,

I have Asus TUF F15, and my DTS:X Ultra keeps showing :

"Please connect external speakers to use DTS audio controls.

Please connect a Headphone to use DTS audio controls"

I have tried mostly method available online but noting seems to be working for me, So finally I reinstalled the windows and DTS:X started working but after a day same thing started happening again. I have latest Windows 10 Home and Latest Drivers. Rolling back driver doesn't work too.

If any one have solution then please share.

Thank you

Hi! Thank you for your reply.

How did you download and install Windows 11? Is Windows 11 already available in your country, or did you just manually download it from their site?

Unfortunately, in our country (Philippines), Windows 11 has not yet been made available, and I'm thinking about whether to download it manually instead. But what I fear is that it will have adverse effects on my computer, considering the fact that Microsoft has not yet made available such version in our country. Will it not? I would like to hear all your thoughts. Thank you in advance!

After trying so hard, doing so many parlor tricks one after another I quite. Nothing solves this problem. So ditch windows 10. And go for windows 11. Then right click on dts x ultra and scroll and press repair. Then restart and you are ready to enjoy high quality sound. To me hi res sound is needed to hear enemy footstep in game.
