intel usb 3.1 extensible host controller not present in device manager

Hello Hello,

Hopefully one will be able to help me. I bought an external ssd (crucial x8) i have a laptop with a USB C 3.1 Gen 2 and when i check usb controllers in device manager i only have the 3.0 usb host. look at the screen cap please . The x8 promesses up to 1050mb/sec but since windows sees my 3.1 gen 2 type c usb as a 3.0 usb im only getting half the speed .. I d like to get full speed .. any genius in the room pls ive tried many options with no success.. (going in bios , reinstalling this and that, update drivers..) I just cant get the 3.1 controllers driver to load or else plss plsss help Thank you

    heres what i get 

    If i translate in english it says that i already have the latest version of driver utility and i have to uninstall it to intall that one, what should i do and where to look
