i quick formatted it i think its the default format i just did it with no volume wizard its the same i think

Before you do a disk part command you should back up the contents of the hard drive to external harddrive using Back up and restore Windows 7 options under control panel.
diskpart clean command is like fdisk it wipe the harddrive clean ready for new partition format and installation of the operating sytsem.

I am sorry, I am not allowed to recommend 3rd party utilities, but that hetman program does not seem to be good or an easy program to use . ..
