    Hi sanyijani

Please follow these steps exactly, do not start making any other changes, the more you do not follow the steps I am providing, the less likely you are going to be able to recover your files

Right click that RAW partition and select Delete Volume

Then right click the resulting unallocated space and choose New - Simple Volume and do not make any changes just accept the defaults

    Hi sanyijani

Please provide a screenshot of the whole disk management window, there is not enough information in that image

When you chose to create a volume on that driver, the default file system is NTFS, did you change that default?

    Hi sanyijani

Have you gone into Disk Management and created a new volume on that drive?
