Diskpart's clean command wipes out the MBR what is this means ? all my partition is lost or just the gpt disk i was using with windows 10 when it was windows 7 i was using mbr or gpt i dont know 2yrs ago

Yes, that process will not stop you recovering your files, it just creates a new volume on the drive

Do not format that drive, just create a new volume on it in Disk Management, as I have explained to you previously
