About the upgrade-assistant... Can it be used for other Windows 10-upgrades, or is it only for the 21H1-upgrade? I saw that is installed as a normal program...

2021-05-20T18:19:59+00:00 After this update my system keeps on freezing whenever i connect with my mobile hotspot.
It completely freezes i can't even move my cursor. After that i have to force shutdown by power button.
I troubleshoot it, checked each and everything no errors were found .
Its really frustrating for me.
My laptop is Dell Vsotro 14 series i7, with 8GB ram.
