Hi Curious_userCA,
I looked at the logs and my conclusions are the same as Paul - setup is hitting a write protected error when trying to install drivers. The error is pretty generic and the logs do not provide much details, unfortunately. A write-protected error means setup was unable to replace the existing drivers with the newer versions.
I am working on the exact same issue with someone else, but no success yet. In that case, a clean install of windows may be required.
Nevertheless, what is the result of CHKDSK?
