EOS ERR 1603 epic games online installer

I keep getting this error message when triyng to install the epic games online services installer- EOS ERR 1603 - I already have Microsoft Framework 3.5 installed on my hard drive- not sure how to fix this- it seems to be making my EPic Games unusable which sucks.

    Same issue here, Epic is installed on D:

    The workaround form IAmJasonWeise works for me.

    Create the whole Folders/Subfolders on C:, put the installer inside und execute. Done !

    This is the right answer. Just create the following folder and try again

    > C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games

    Thank you! This fixed it for me without having to install the Launcher on the C: drive.
